MANILA (Philippines). A new environmental warrior for sustainability has been crowned at the 2025 Miss Earth pageant. She is Nathalie Pushkinova from the Czech Republic.
Natalie was crowned by last year’s winner, Australian Jessica Lane, at the grand finale held at the Cove Manila Club in Okada Manila, Parañaque City, on Wednesday evening.
The new winner beat out 81 other aspirants and is expected to take part in a project aimed at combating the effects of climate change under the theme ‘Beauties for a Cause’.
The crowns of the ‘Element Queens’, divided into three other elements of the Earth, were also crowned. Iceland’s Soldis Evarsdottir won the title of Miss Earth-Air.
Filipino-American beauty queen Bea Milan-Windoskar from the United States handed over the Miss Earth-Water crown to Vietnam’s Mu Anh Trinh. Thailand’s Wari Ngamkham won the Miss Earth-Fire title.
Miss Nepal Earth Soni Ghale, despite her brilliant performance, could not make it to the final 25. However, she caught everyone’s attention with her strong performance in the initial stages.
The Miss Earth pageant was founded in 2001 by Carousel Productions as a platform to promote environmental awareness.
