Kathmandu. Bishal Karki has been selected from over 1,000 people in the fashion competition ‘Style Icon’ held in the United States and has managed to make it to the top ten. He will compete for the top one only after making it to the top five from the top ten.

Bishal Karki, who has been acting in films and advertisements in the United States, has been selected for the fashion competition ‘Style Icon.’

If Karki wins the ‘Style Icon’ award, he will receive tickets to the Versace show at Milan Fashion Week 2026, a special spotlight feature in Flint magazine, and $20,000. The Style Icon award is organized by the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

Bishal, who is in his third year of studying for a bachelor’s degree in business in the US, has also served in the American Army. Vishal, who is interested in acting, is the son of popular singer Birahi Karki.

While still in Nepal, he has acted as a child artist in music videos of songs like Manakamana Mai, Aama Part 2 and 4, Dashain Ayo, Junkiri, etc. He has been a top student in school since he was in Nepal and has remained at the top in his studies even after moving to America.
