Kathmandu – Bringing the festive spirit of Tihar and the charm of Nepal’s traditional Deusi-Bhailo culture, a new song titled ‘Sajayera Tika Thali’ has been released.

The song celebrates the cultural traditions of Tihar, highlighting the love, affection and emotional bonds between brothers and sisters.

The lyrics are written by Sarita Ghimire, with music composed by Shakti Ballav. Popular singer Banika Pradhan has lent her voice to the song, while Manohar Sunam has handled the musical arrangement. Recording, mixing and mastering have been done by Bhola Poudel at Sound Design Studio.

The music video features actors Rajani KC and Kamal Singh. Makeup and hairstyling are handled by Yamuna Pandey, while Resham Darlami is responsible for cinematography. The video has been edited and color-graded by Bishowram Khadka.

Presented by Ramhari Ghimire, the song’s story and direction are by Jiwan Shahi.

With its festive theme and cultural essence, ‘Sajayera Tika Thali’ aims to bring the traditional joy of Deusi-Bhailo to audiences and add musical excitement to this year’s Tihar celebrations.
