Kathmandu. Bhandara Samaj Kathmandu has felicited the famous singer Yubaraj Chaulagain for the contribution of highlighting and globalising his birth place Bhandara Chitwan. Today, on the occasion of the AGM of Bhandara Samaj held in Tribhuvan Park, Thankot, Mr. Chaulagain has been felicited by the Samaj’s president Ram Hari Dharel. Responding the recognition, singer Chaulagain gave tribute to the locals for their support in his upbringing. He also sang a few of his hit songs dedicating to the childhood friends, teacher and supporters.

Bhandara Samaj is a social organisation established on 2067 BS to contribute the society through social service. The Samaj has united people from the area of Bhandara and Rapti Municipality of Chitwan. It has more than 200 life members and thousand of well wishers residing in and out of Bhandara.
