Kathmandu. Actress Shefali Jariwala, who became popular from the remake song ‘Kanta Laga,’ has passed away at the age of 42. According to media reports, she suffered a heart attack on the night of June 27, which led to her death.

The Mumbai police have begun looking into this matter. At Shefali Jariwala’s residence, the forensic team has arrived and is gathering evidence. In the meantime, the Amboli police station has questioned the house’s staff and cook. Family members are also being asked to make statements. Sources claim that on Friday night, Shefali’s husband and actor Parag Tyagi took her to the Bellevue Hospital in Andheri, Mumbai, unconscious, where the doctors pronounced her dead.

Shefali Jariwala was brought to the hospital dead, according to hospital staff. Cooper Hospital will perform a postmortem on his body.

In 2004, Shefali Jariwala married Mit Brothers musician Harmit Singh. 2009 saw the couple’s divorce. Then, in 2015, she wed actor Parag Tyagi.

Shefali Jariwala was spotted fostering a positive friendship with her ex-boyfriend Siddharth Shukla after competing on Bigg Boss 13 as a wildcard in 2019. In 2021, Siddharth Shukla also died of a heart attack.
