The Kathmandu. A three-day seminar on the role of youth in nation-building began in the capital today. Former Minister and MP Eknath Dhakal inaugurated the seminar organized by the World Peace and Unified Family Association and held in collaboration with Kathmandu Metropolitan City Bada No. 1.
Speaking after the inauguration of the seminar, MP Dhakal said that it is now the task of putting the roof on the eyes of the Nepali people by showing external transformation in the country. MP Dhakal urged the participants to use what they have learned for three days as little as possible, saying that society will develop as much as possible to develop public thinking.
He said that an atmosphere is needed for transformation and that the political, cultural, and economic atmosphere of the country has not been created yet, and such seminars will help create that atmosphere. Dhakal, who is also a former minister, said that the country will be transformed in a short time so that the right education and path can be given to millions of youth who need social harmony in the country. Santosh Kumar Poudel, president of FFW PU South Asia, and Prakash Babu Thapa etc., president of the World Peace and Unified Family Association, spoke at the event. The seminar will provide training on leadership development, character building, disability development, initiatives for sustainable peace, dental management, and economic development. The seminar will also discuss the need for youth participation in a growing economy for national development. The youth are the biggest strength of the country, and therefore, significant efforts need to be made to empower them to make competent and substantial contributions towards the sustainable development of the nation.
International Trainer Richelle Halipa, Author Kashinath Khanal, President of FFW PU South Asia Santosh Kumar Poudel, Prakashbabu Thapa, and others will impart training in the seminar.
