Kathmandu. The music video director, Smriti Timilsina (Guruama), worked for the first time on a song for the film. The currently popular song ‘Otherwise Life is Useless’ is choreographed by Smriti. This is her first film song.

The teaser song included in the movie ‘Koshe Dhunga’ has become popular as soon as it was released. The lyrics are by Netra Aryal, with the hook line and music by Khem Sanjuri. Along with Khem Sanjuri, review officer and Deepika Bayambu Magar have lent their voices to it. The video features choreographer Smriti dancing with the film’s lead actors, including Suraksha Panta, Niti Shah, and Richa Sharma. The song has received over 1.2 million views on YouTube in just 8 days.

Smriti is a prominent name especially in the direction and choreography of popular folk music videos. At one time, she used to dance as a chorus in videos directed by Shankar Bisi, and later worked as his co-director. Gradually, she immersed herself in directing and created a distinct identity. Now, for the first time, she has joined the film industry, and her first work has been well received. Smriti mentions that the song ‘Otherwise Life Is Useless’ has given her renewed energy to work harder as it has gained attention.

This is also the first film song of singer Khem. Although he was involved in some films before, ‘Otherwise Life is Useless’ has become the first in terms of release.Speaking of ‘Koshe Dhunga’, it is a film directed by Saroj Paudel. The film is set to be released starting from September 12.
