The three-day Himalayan Tattoo Summit brought together art, culture and music, with more than 100 tattoo artists from Nepal and India participating. Artists showcased a wide range of designs, from traditional styles to contemporary techniques.

According to the organizers, the summit is emerging as an important platform for tattoo artists who use the human body as a canvas for artistic expression. The diverse styles, techniques and creative approaches showcased by the participants made the event particularly engaging. Organizers described the summit as a “mega gathering of tattoo enthusiasts.”

Visitors interested in getting tattoos also had the opportunity to meet their preferred artists directly and have their chosen designs created at the event. The gathering of renowned and experienced artists from Nepal and India also provided an opportunity for participants to exchange knowledge and experiences about new techniques, styles and creative practices.

With three consecutive titles, Shrestha has established herself as one of Nepal’s prominent female tattoo artists. She operates her own tattoo studios in Thamel and Sohra Khutte, Kathmandu, and has successfully transformed her passion for art into a professional career, building recognition among international clients as well.
